You Break Through

After moving from TN to TX I had tried several dental offices and never found the correct fit. After happening upon Culebra Smiles, I was happy to see friendly faces and I was surprised that this was unlike any other dental office I had been to. They have a variety of providers that come to the same location so you can get many services done at the same place, general dentistry and cleanings, orthodontics, endodontics, etc. While I will say I’ve had a generally positive experience here, I have had some negative that I’m also seeing in other reviews. Not all providers are the same and while I will say that Dr. Galvan is great at endodontics, he really lacks bedside manner. I am pleased with my root canal, however I almost didn’t come back due to his attitude alone. Since then, I have had several appointments needing to be rescheduled due to them being scheduled improperly the first time. Having said that, I am glad I gave another chance. I had to have an implant crown placed and they didn’t stop until it was perfect. I had it delivered today and I am very pleased. Dr. Valle and Alicia were amazing at every appointment. Alicia always makes me feel so comfortable and she’s so kind and funny. Additionally I have had several hygienist appointments at this point with Brett and he is phenomenal. I really appreciate he takes his time and explains everything in a way that anyone could understand. No one LIKES going to the dentist. But with people like Alicia, Brett, and Dr. Valle, they make it as easy and “fun” as possible. Thank you all so much!

I would definitely recommend this place. Everyone was very kind informative and helpful. Everyone did an amazing job. Ilse, Dr. Benavides and Bob were all great. They made me feel comfortable.
